Workout for the day… a 50km bike ride!

September Goals.

Less Sugar: This is probably going to be one of my hardest September goals. There is sugar in absolutely everything, sometimes even in milk, but I really want to decrease my sugar intake overall by choosing healthier options.

Less Sodium: All in all this really means less processed foods. Salt is a preservative so processed foods are usually packed to the max with salt. Also means less sausages waun waun

More Water: I have really good days with water and really bad days with water. I need to start having more good days and I’m hoping to drink at least 2L of water a day wish me luck peeing every 5 minutes.

More Flexibility: I’ve been more than a slacker when it comes to stretching so by the end of September I want my flexibility back enough to be able to touch my toes.

I got 2 new shirts yesterday but one is too summery for this weather and the other one doesn’t go with the leggings that I really feel like wearing with my fuzzy socks ughhhhh
