Holding on to the treadmill is not always wrong. If you feel like you’re having trouble keeping up with the speed or catching your breath, holding on to the treadmill until you can safely slow it down/turn it off is absolutely okay. Try to avoid it unless it’s absolutely necessary, but don’t be afraid to grab on if you need it. :)
After a month of getting things together, a week of stress and 2 days of working 12 hours this proposal will be going out at 10:00 this morning. I can’t tell you how happy I am! Now, if only this rain would stop so that I can run at lunchtime.
Today we worked on legs… after soccer practice last night it was brutal. It was an amazing class and I was really proud of myself except for the plank. If I hold it for a long time sometimes my back starts to hurt a bit (I drop my ass I think). Other than that my squats with heavy weights have been improving and i’ve been getting rid of the “wiggle” of relying more on my right leg to bring me up. Slowly but surely i’ll get there!
